No Sad Story Ministry is labor of love, born from the heart of Valerie Lawson-Watkins as she wrote “No Sad Story”, the harrowing story of her mother, Bertrina Lawson — a Christian woman, single mother, survivor, evangelist and prayer warrior. It is a heart-warming tale of a courageous woman who, through pain and despair, remained faithful in worship and never lost hope.
